Rockfish
Rockfish are found in the northern regions of the Pacific coast, typically weighing in at around 10 pounds. A delicate but flavourful fish, Rockfish is excellent baked, poached and sautéed.
Crab
There’s nothing like a fresh crab-bake to feed a hungry group and BC’s waters yield some tasty species. The opaque, tender meat is rich in flavour, ranging from sweet to slightly nutty. Baked, steamed or boiled, crab is great on its own or in your favourite recipes.

smart omega-3 fatty acids. Tuna has a soft, buttery texture
and a mild, fresh flavour that works wonders with a
